Map issue solution:
GTAV/MOD/update/x64/dlcpacks/Starmansion/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/overlay_metadata.rpf
There's a file called minimap_sea_1_0.ytd in it. Delete it. The map issue should be resolved.
