How do I download a gameconfig? It says it comes with the mod but i dont see a file and it crashes my game

FOR THOSE HAVING CRASHING ISSUES WHEN AIMING/DOING A DRIVE BY: Do not use the latest version of scripthook v dot net. Use version 2.10.9. This stopped my crashing, hope this helps, enjoy gang banging lol
