@LeHasan If you're using map editor just put the xml files in your main gta folder

@BladeRJ Thanks, no design background or anything but I liked to build models when I was a kid and this is kind of similar. I'm taking a break from modding right now but a beach house or mountain top house is definitely on the cards.

@Mlehbleh I had problems putting vehicles in the garage as well, they kept glitching out, no idea why or how to stop it sorry.

@Radix90 One of the versions has over 40 peds but you can use map editor to add more.

@prabhatec Next to the rehab centre - you can't miss it. Map editor will teleport you there when you load it.
