Same issue as @AlexTheGTA V . "OpenIV was working fine till the new update. I updated it then when i tried to open it it gave an error, then it deleted itself. I tried to reinstall it but it doesnt create the shortcut and when i tick the option to run OpenIV after it installs it it doesnt run it and i can't find the program. I have the steam version and have some car mods, script mods and graphic mods intalled. Please help with my problem."
