Still works completely fine even to this day, it's an addon weapon, and it's fully functional. Though, this is pretty much rendered obsolete because the game already has the Service Rifle. Still a good mod if anyone wants the legit M16A1 in the game.
Wings part doesn't work, even though I've downloaded the Emissive wings pack and installed the wings I wanted through addonpeds, it still wouldn't show up. I set the model name in the .ini and it still doesn't show up. I spawned the addon wings through the in-game menu and nothing shows up. Tried to spawn the model with addonguards and it doesn't detect the wings. Double checked the peds.rpf in addonpeds and the files are there.
@houaryou I have a problem with the mod having issues detecting PlayerCompanion wallets. It isn't consistent, and it is only present on the mp female freemode model, and on the male model, it totally works. I was able to buy property and even get regularly charged for the services in the Modern Wooden House, but for the MP freemode female model, the mod crashes and gives me this error in the log.

@justalemon It's all good now, managed to fix the issue myself after getting back on the game after some months for a break. Thanks for still reaching out though
I like the mod, it's functional, so it definitely is possible to still have offline coop even today, already beats tons of the older offline coop mods that don't work anymore. However, It would be nice if the mod had native controller support, because trying to rebind controller keys makes it so my controller controls both p1 and p2, causing problems. The fact that p2 also runs away sometimes when p1 attacks (an acknowledged bug) is weird, it can confuse someone who isn't very well-versed in GTA modding. It would be nice if p2 could change their player model through an in-game menu, where functions like spawning the player or changing their weapons and models are in.
It would be great if p2 could do more things, like driving a car, hiding in cover, have access to free aim or at least be able to lock on to the target they wish (take notes from TwoPlayerMod 2.35, p2 can free aim with a line that draws from the gun to show where p2 is aiming.) Other than that, it has potential. Since it is a work-in-progress mod, I don't have a firm opinion yet due to this not being a finished product. I only rated the mod as is because that's what I think the mod deserves for the latest version of the time I'm writing this review.
Could not get this to work. I've installed many mods since 2021 and this is one of the few mods I want to play with and have problems with, it's acting like it doesn't exist.
I've set a different bind for the menu (All the other mods I have are all crammed on to F11, so I separated them all to different shortcuts) but I can't get it to open, nor can I get Player 2 to spawn in using an Xbox controller.
@Herobrine7707 Someone has done it before, but the mod I believe is no longer being updated. The mod frequently crashes games and causes big performance drops. I recommend the Psychokinetic mod because it also has a time freeze ability on top of many other ones too, and it does time freeze better than the other time stop mod.
Love it, used the Dismemberment mod and shot his head off his shoulders. It was satisfying to also see the guards panic and shoot random peds around the area.
@squidninja Did you make sure you have RPH and launch the game through there? Make sure you're following the instructions carefully. Anyways, quite a good mod. One of the few obscure mods I'd highly recommend for simple features that shouldn't be complicated to do, though I wish it had an animation like the RPH plugin mod that's newer.
@ex4mple694201337 I wish I could feel the same, but it is what it is, can't do much but wait, right? Someone out there will eventually replicate this mod with their own resources and hopefully keep updating it to at least support newer versions of the game. Gotta stick around till that time comes.
