@Jacob7 Try removing "Open IV" out of your main game directory that is what worked for me.
@V8Enthusiast Ok it was the open IV ASI that was conflicting with this mod. It works but now the only problem is any mod i put on open IV is not working is their a way i can fix that? If not thank you for the help.

@V8Enthusiast I am not seeing any icons on the map. I cleared out my scripts folder with just the requirements left. And everything is installed correctly but it still does not work I tried the update also and nothing. Do you know why this is?

Is there a guide on how to replace Franklin ?
@ganic @ganic I have but the thing is that the EXE. file will not get the popup for me. When i double click nothing happens. So i am just wondering is it something in my security that's blocking the popup?
@ganic I have downloaded the files but when i go to click on the addon creator vehicle thing nothing pops up. I am unable to get the green popup can you please help?
