@franskroz No If the add-on cars come with their own handling file, yes if the add-on cars reference existing handling data.
@MrGTAmodsgerman It's a carcols edit to make turn signals more visible. Only for my personal use because it touches carcols in every dlc pack it would be a nightmare for users to install.

@zinklesmesh Check out the R* default handling file, most normal cars(include the Zion) have a top speed of 140kpm(87MPH) and that's how they balance the game. Even the fighter jet only have a 200MPH top speed. The in game world is a shrunken version of real life, and the whole map isn't that big really, so I decided to keep this design. If you load previous comments you'll see someone mentions "This makes the Armored kuruma extremely fast" which is only 250kph(155MPH), a leftover real life top speed value of the Lancer EVO X before I decided not to support that car because it's online event only. People expect a mod to enhance the game play and not alter the game design too much, If I give every car a real life top speed there's gonna be more complaints like that. That's why "fit-in with the open-world game environment of GTA5" is in the first sentence of the description .
@defiant Well the Dominator is a special case, since it's based on older gen mustang with solid rear axle I made it extra slippery for a realistic crowd mowing machine. Try the Dominator GTX and the Gauntlet.
@defiant On most RWD cars you can just modulate the throttle to control understeer & oversteer.
@adinhoa That seems hard coded. There's nothing in the handling file(that I can see of) to alter that.
@adinhoa Just like in reallife not all cars can to a burnout, In sports and muscle cars pull up the hand brake rev up the engine then release the hand brake to do a burnout. Some even can chirp the tires in second gear.
@Requies Try get a better gameconfig file, there are several on this site
@SerMighty The Voltic is based on 2008 Tesla Roadster which has a top speed around 200km/h.
