How did you change the atmospheric color from grayish brown to blue for smog? I'd like to change it back because the smog option looks just like light fog in my game, but after comparing your weather.xml file to the original, the only thing that's changed in the min/max wind speeds

Not a bad mod but the peds don't really react the same as in GTA 4. Big reason is that peds in GTA 5 die much easier than in GTA 4. BE WARNED: The reason I rate this so low is that I decided to uninstall it. Well, the directions that were provided did nothing but cause my game to crash on start up. So I reinstalled the mod to get the deleted files back, and well, still crashing. Looks like the only way to uninstall it is to completely reinstall the game so I would not recommend installing this mod unless you plan on using it forever.
