@A-12T99 I am also on latest but i can see the loading screen and i think other users here too. Did you edit the file you copied into mods folder? it only shows up for couple secs and then it will switch to the other screens during load

sorry forgot to mention it, the file is in \update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_frontend.rpf and dont forget to make a backup into the mods folder.

@A-12T99 damn my faul, it is in scaleform_frontend.rpf, there is the loadingscreen_startup.ytd. But you should not do that in your origin update.rpf always copy it to the mods folder like openIV tells you to do.

@A-12T99 i have some more on stock for this type of loading screens but first need to finish the LSPDFR

@A-12T99 hey man sorry to hear you have trouble, when you do it exactly like i wrote in the description then it should work also for you.
Install:

1.) use openIV and navigate to \update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\

2.) backup the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd" (there is also a standard backup version in this package)

3.) replace the file "loadingscreen_startup.ytd"

4.) thats it, lunch GTA V ;)

@Kai200X thx man for the like ;) need to finish my LSPDFR loading screens but i redo all of the previous existing screens so that takes a while, also going to add the COPS Theme as loading music.
