the INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS in the README located in the main archive are a terrible instruction. i'm guessing whoever uploaded this is not the author and just someone who threw a bunch of files together? these files could have easily been compiled into an archive that actually resembles the folder structure needed to install with a step by step install readme for all files/folders.

: this location and file does not exist with a default game installation so none of this is possible to install. you should explain that these files need to be copied from the main game directories to the "mods" folder either manually or through the OpenIV GUI for those who this is their first major mod installation.
