Hey, im getting script hook crashes on 1.27 version of the game, does this mod require newest version of gta and scripthook?

I like the mod but some vehicles keep despawning, i tried the mp cars to sp mod but it crashes my game. Any way to fix the despawning?
Love the mod, did u add to the new version, when u kill someone, he still kinda struggles around line in RDR2? also yeah sometimes they sand for too long.
