Hi, there is an error in the assembly.xml file: at line 37, you forgot the ':' character so an incorrect line is inserted in update.rpf > dlclist.xml.

@zzupjamez Do you use an illegal version of GTA ? This map need the Cunning Stunts update.
@chang63 I did it with the coordinates. The Track is facing North, so it's easy.
Version 2.0 is available : Added landmarks each 250 meters on longtrack1, added longtrack2.xml on which there is landmarks every mile and every 1/4 mile. Thanks to @chang63 for his suggestions.
