@iLLyst probably as long as you don't add the extra vegetation option that NVE has. I think I've tested this mod before using nve it works perfectly fine
@yeahyeahyeah22 are you sure it's not false detection or whatever it is? because trusted mods like NVE ( Night Vision Evolved) gets detected with viruses but obviously it's not
