@MaxLuk thanks for the reply but I do have all the requirements but I had another blood mod installed before this, Could this be the issue?? It was Raider's Blood, Violence, Melee & Destruction [DEPRECATED]

@SilverFinish for some reason the red bar with no health left appears even though the ped sill has some hp and takes 2 or 3 more shots to die
I can't seem to get the ropes of bloods on anyones face as seen in the picture of Michael. also blood isn't that dark im on version 3179
@Elizabeth_Harnandez if you want a manual installation turn the OIV to a ZIP or RAR then go to the folder called contents extract the files then search them using OpenIV. you can do this with any OIV auto installation
@LorenVidican genuinely don't understand why you won't update it, crashes the game after 3 to 10 mins ( I have the latest game config heap adjuster resource adjuster etc ) I really want this mod to work but it just won't please update it
@WTLS_81 Best fuel mod. isn't compatible with Persistence II mod by im not mentaL it breaks the car engine and I can't move the car tried to fix the car via a trainer but still didn't work. other than that really good mod!
amazing mod really liked it would like if after you do the community service that your clothes go back to normal when at the police station. other than that really good mod
