It have bad instruction at the ReadMe text
1:Copy update folder to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\

2:Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
<item>dlcpacks:\mgt\</item>
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

The correct instruction is to copy mgt folder to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and paste.
after open OpenIV : GTAV>mods>update>update.rpf>common>data and copy paste dlclist.xml to desktop and then use notepad open it,add new line
<item>dlcpacks:\mgt\</item>
save it and copy paste again to the OpenIV where u got before.
It will work and will spawn by name MGT.
I had my doubt for the instruction and i did like this and IT WORKS.
