Game still crashes even after the update if i go anywhere near the IV car's

Dose this crash anybody's game..? i dunno after i installed the GTAIV car pack i drive around for a while then it crashes

Do i need to install all of the parts? or just install part 4

-added 2 peds and 2 voices
-added 2 weapons and 4 attachments
-added 8 teleports to the "Stilt Apartments"
-added missing weapons attachments for bodyguards driveby weapon
