I did not read step 7 and 8 of 7. Head back up and navigate to
update / x64 / dlcpacks / mppatchesng / dlc.rpf / x64 / models / cdimages / mppatches.rpf /
8. Delete player_one folder, player_one.yft and player_one.ymt and that is what caused the character to get bug
I already fixed it after trying so much that I did wrong

in step 10 where is player_one.yft? because it doesn't appear together with the other 2 files from step 10 in the update / x64 / dlcpacks / patchday3ng / dlc.rpf / x64 / models / cdimages / patch3ng.rpf folder
