@DonGonJonkey This message is indicating that ScriptHookVDotNet2.dll is indeed being deprecated in the future. Just enough for you. If you can run the script. Run it. Nothing bad will happen as you still have ScriptHookVDotNet2 installed in your GTA V. In this mod's next version which is being tested, I transitioned it from old API second version, to the latest ScriptHookVDotNet3.dll. Because of your Issues, i will try to release new version with new API. Sorry to hear that you run into issues! Wait for the update. It is coming sooner than I planned.
For anyone concerned for device's safety or that I stole the original script, here is explanation which will be included as a comment in upcoming version's .ini file:
This script is revamped version of the original Tornado Script by CamxxCore. I don't want to implement malicious code as I don't have bad intentions. If someone publishes my mod as a copy, don't download it, because there can be a malicious code. Be safe! For people who think I stole his Script. There are many people who used his source code to make their own versions(Like for FiveM; With more customizations). If you encounter issues with this mod, let me know. If you are harmed by one of the copies or saw one which can and will appear, report them to GTA 5 Mods Team.

@Dabashi415 If you want it bigger, you can always configure VortexRadius and MaxDistance in .ini file to be more powerful. Don't go over 100, because then you can be picked up and never released from it.
@DarKKlusteR Well I said that huge credits goes to CamxxCore''s Tornado Script. I only removed NAudio.dll reference, fixed some codes and made it compatible with newer versions of GTA V. I am keeping this mod alive. If you bump into issues, let me know!
@DonGonJonkey But no. If you will remove NAudio.dll from this mod, this mod will not work. Trust me, I tried.
@DonGonJonkey If my mod gets published which is revamped mod of this script, you could download it. Because I removed NAudio.dll reference and optimized codes. Well... Sound doesn't work but it increased stability and performance.
