@vanbomel14 I understood what the problem is. MK2 Marksman rifle uses the sound from the rifle added in the Сayo perico update, which is not in your version of the game. To fix it Open Weapons_marksmanrifle_mk2.meta on the path of Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchristmas2017\common\data\ai\weapons_marksmanrifle_mk2.meta. Find the <Audio>AUDIO_ITEM_BULLPUP</Audio> line and replace to <Audio> <Audio>AUDIO_ITEM_BULLPUP_RIFLE_MK2</Audio>

Unfortunately, I can not edit the recoil factor from the third and first person separately, but if you prefer to play with the first person view, I recommend using Gun Recoil by Eddlm and you can configure the recoil for each category of weapons, I hope this will help you.
I will change fire rate in the future, it may be possible to make compatibility files for some sound mods. While you can try to use files with the name "Weaponanimations.meta" from the sound mod that you use and maybe it will work well. If you really do it, it will be very good if you send a result here.
