I have an easy workaround for this. You don't have to copy/paste a whole bunch of files.

Note: You will need to make sure you have file extensions visible in Windows so you can change the file extension type. If you don't have this and you don't know how to do it just Google "how to see file extensions in Windows 10/11"

    1) Download the files
    2) Extract the contents of the .rar file (OpenIV can't use .rar files for this type of thing and you will get a zip archive error if you try to use .rar for this)
    3) Open the extracted folder and highlight the 3 items in there (content folder, assembly.xml, and icon.png).
    4) Right click -> send to compressed (zipped) folder. The new folder will most likely be named "content.zip". You have to do it this way otherwise when you zip the folder it will have a folder inside the zipped folder and you don't want that. You need the content folder and 2 files at the root of the zipped folder.
    5) On the original .rar file right click and select "rename" and copy the name of the folder (unless you wanna type it all out).
    6) Right click the new "content.zip" folder and rename it with what you just copied from the .rar folder. You will also need to delete the "zip" word and rename it "oiv" (without the quotes). So you will now have a file that is named "5b83fd-UltimateShoesPackforFranklinV2.0ByPolkien.oiv"
    7) Do this same thing for the other file.

You have now created an OpenIV package installer. You can install it with OpenIV using the package installer.

This 100% works. I just tried it and all of the shoes are there.
