i noticed reshade wont work. to fix this issue all you need to do is rename the "Dxgi.dll" To "Dxgi.asi" and it will work. for single player...Ive yet to find a fix that enables ENB.

@RavenStudios Hello, in terms of visual quality, does this EVE tend to have a better codec? Is it more up to date? Or does it work the same as the other one?

@Nemsei You have complete control over the visual quality, you can export it in a complete lossless format if you want.
There are 2 versions, v1.0.0 uses the original Voukoder just like original EVE does, the other versions uses FFMPEG directly which is more up to date.
In general the behaviour is the same but with more fixes and proper audio and video synchronization at high FPS & motion blur sampling.

For some reason this causes issue loading up quant v addon and addon shaders using reshade any fix for this?

There is a issue open here: https://github.com/MiffedLyric559/EVER/issues/7 for Enhanced support, currently there are some issues in the mod that I need to fix first but once I feel like the mod is stable and works like its supposed to I will definitely look into adding Enhanced support!

Yes the main focus was to get the original EVE to work with Voukoder again and for the Legacy version of GTA as its something people are used with, in the next comming days there will most likely be a stable release of EVER with FFMPEG instead which is bundled directly into the mod which will be plug and play.
I also hope with the help of my developer partner to release a website where you can adjust FFMPEG settings & presets and preview a short video clip to see exactly the difference between various presets and settings!
In the near future I hope to iron out some bugs and also implement some more robust handling to make sure everything is optimal for the end user aswell as perhaps introduce some new features, like removing restrictions from the Rockstar Editor so there is no need for any other mods! :)
