Some wise men said "Carry your weapons... Properly".
Some mods already did this kinda thing (e.g 7 Visible Weapons on Player, Stow That Weapon, Pickups).
This mod is aiming for plug-n-play no hassle and customize things only if needed.

Please install the SHVDN3 version of LemonUI first, if you don't have it yet
Put VisibleWeapons.dll and VisibleWeapons.ini into the "/scripts" folder, the usual for script mods, located in GTAV main folder.

📃 Features:
- Working weapon attachments and tints (addon guns and attachments will be auto-detected)
- Small equip animation, grabbing the weapon on the back
- 4 slot: Front - Back (only one at a time as Main) + Left-Right Hip (Sidearm/Melee)
- In-Game Menu Settings with LemonUI. Modes and others can be configured there
- Insert "VIWE" to command console to open the menu, for Gamepad click Reload and LookBehind key.
- NPCs Visible Weapons (bodyguards/followers works too). Further settings in the menu
- Adjustable Weapon Placement to reduce clipping on addon peds and weapon replacer
- Swap weapon from one slot to another slot, and adjust that weapon position (offset)

- Gun in Front Mode will always move Sniper and Heavy (RPG, etc) to the back since it looks ridiculously big if put in front

@Klemmer if it doesn't fix the problem you can try disabling the npc feature, or just filter the npc feature to Cop only. Read the readme pdf to help you understand how to do the 2nd one if you still want to keep the npc feature.
@mbahdokek Hello, I've tested multiple times and the mod keeps crashing my game. I have no idea why, it has zero issues before.
@mbahdokek Seems like the mod crashes while using Consciousness/Immersify

@mbahdokek nvm, turns out it was Consciousness's problem, not Visable Weapons =)
@thehappytrashcan Thx for the confirmation. Consciousness is a great mod but real heavy. I use it too btw, but yeah sometimes it can crash itself after long period of gameplay

Uploading Update 1.6.0, this will fix compatibility with any mod that have bodyguards/followers feature. Bodyguard/follower will be able to have visible weapons. Fucking finally!
Very Nice,There is a delay in weapon display. It would be perfect if it can be optimized.
@100g You're talking about NPC or player? If NPC, yes there's always gonna be delay. If you read the readme, on the last page i have explained this delay, and why it's necessary. And, outside of that the more weapons the NPC have, the longer my mod loads. Total npcs in the vicinity also factors on how quick my mod works. How many heavy script mods you have will also adds delay
For anyone else, if NPC changing weapon is delayed and you don't have mods that give NPCs weapons (example: Consciousness by KassiteR) or you don't mind the weapon model to be inaccurate you can set NPCDelayScan to 0
Okay I've found a fix for the delay while keeping the mod compatible with Consciousness or other mods alike that add weapons to NPC, this will be delivered in v1.6.1. My plan for 1.7.0 is to have npc preset, save&use position/rotation preset up to 5 and you can assign these preset to certain npc type. 1.8.0 is probably gonna improve the hard-to-use offsets feature, make it interactive.
awesome mod! btw. but I need to ask, the weapons are visible only in the NPC's but not on my character when I switch weapons. what could be the possible conflict in my case? I dont seem to remember downloading any other pull out weapon mods but I do have consciousnes though
@clairocelis Well now that's really odd, can you contact my discord, search my name in 5Mods server, add me. In case i need you to send me a file for troubleshooting
v1.6.1 will fix NPC weapon holstering/unholstering delay with side-effect, only found and tested in Simple Trainer (TrainerV.asi) which is when you spawn the first bodyguard after you load the game, that bodyguard won't have visible weapons for the rest of the game. For other bodyguards spawned after the 1st will work normally.
This won't be fixed and comments about it will be ignored, as this is very minor issue.
Testing with Personal Army mod by DSCADX working normally for all its bodyguards with no bugs/issues
Okay correction, v1.6.1 will have no issue above, I've found better solution. Hope it plays better with other mods 🙏
@mbahdokek is it possible to only have the back weapon and pistols visible? I don't like the front weapon
