Hallelujah!
A mod that spawns men in the sky when it's raining/thunderstorming.
Installation:
Install Script Hook V and Script Hook V .NET.
Copy RainingMen.dll and RainingMen.ini to within the scripts folder in your GTA V directory.
Customization:
Enable/disable screaming (Peds_Scream).
Scream type (Scream_Type).
Men spawn rate (Interval) (in milliseconds).
The maximum men to spawn (Max_Spawned_Peds).
Change-log:
v1.1:
Raining men now scream when falling.
Added setting to enable/disable screaming.
Added setting for scream type.
Added setting for men spawn rate.
Source code.

MAKE IT RAIN CATS AND DOGS NEXT! @VisualParadox No frogs, sorry. Or flies, either. You can smite all the cattle with a mod, possibly, if you want to have one of Moses's plagues. Or possibly make all the water red, and you can make it dark with a trainer.
@Think_Tank Dude i was not joking about 9/11 O.o seriously?! I wan't to say that it reminds me of 9/11 and that makes me sad. Thats why i didn't rate the mod. And why should i get banned for that? It was not a joke man, there is no smiley in my comment.

How do you get the "Scrips Folder"
@NathanLee After installing Script Hook V and Script Hook V .NET, you have to create the scripts folder in your GTA V directory manually.
Saw raining men...came for the music video. Not disappointed. lol!
