Description
HighwayRaceV adds a fully scripted highway race event to GTA V Story Mode.
The race begins near the Senora Freeway Gas Station and allows the player to compete against two AI racers in a long-distance, high-speed race across San Andreas.
This mod is inspired by the intense racing and chase style from the GTA V mission "I Fought the Law". Now you can experience that adrenaline-filled highway battle anytime in free roam.

- Player vs 2 competitive AI racers
- Long-distance cross-map highway race
- Improved AI driving behavior
- High-speed aggressive racing style
- Dynamic traffic reduction during race
- Real-time position tracking
- Race timer and position UI display
- Clean automatic race reset
- Configurable vehicles and entry fee (INI supported)
- Press the trigger key (Default: J) to activate

- Fixed position tracking and finish calculation bugs
- Improved stability and reset logic
Known Limitations
- Checkpoint markers are not displayed on the map
- Only one race location available
- Single Player only (Not compatible with FiveM)
Requirements
Installation
- Download and extract the ZIP file
- Open the Main Scripts folder
- Copy HighwayRaceV.dll and HighwayRaceV.ini into your scripts folder
- Launch the game
- Optional scripts folder provides additional enhancements for better experience.

- Map checkpoint visualization
- Enhanced AI logic
- UI improvements

If you see a Announcement after game start (without trigger key) so let me know might be my device is not capable for this
It will be possible to use add-on cars in a future update or just will work only with vanilla ones?
