Better Bullet impacts is a mod for GTA V which adds blood spraying effects when you shoot a pedestrian, higher caliber weapons will spray more blood and when you hit a fatal shot (usually shots to the head and neck) blood spray will be even bigger.
Changelogs for 1.2:
Much better blood spilling effects.
New blood effects for powerful weapons.
How to install:
Get GTAVTools from https://github.com/sparklingspacess/GTAVTools/releases/tag/main
Make sure you have ScriptHookV and ScriptHookV .NET installed into your game.
Drag GTAVTools.dll and GTAVMemScanner.dll into your "scripts" folder in the game directory, if you do not have one create it.
Download this mod.
Extract the zip into wherever (desktop is recommended) and drag BetterBulletImpacts.dll from the zip to your "scripts" folder.

Does this mod work on enhanced?
@Borf the requirement (GTAVTools) and the mod itself do work on enhanced aslong as you have scripthookv .net enhanced so yeah
the blood impacts just floats when you shoot someone when they're trying to get up, but its still good. hopefully you fix it
or you can just add a setting to disable the new added effects
@0Axes if i could fix that i would, i've tried to but its something within gta v itself, i might be able to figure something out but for now the mods just gonna have to stick with it

Could you create a blood spilling script, like how improvements in gore did it?
@Ty6377 i could make it so that powerful weapons do that for this mod (there will be a config to add or remove weapons that are considered powerful)

@sparklingspacess hey can you make a version that removes the original splatter effects? i think its more realistic that way
Found a bug where if you shoot a ped in a vehicle then the vehicle will start spraying blood everywhere not the actual ped.

blood spurts when tazing aswell
