💜 How to install on singleplayer (addon):
Use this amazing mod for addon clothing by HeySlickThatsMe:

💜 How to install on singleplayer (replace):
Search in OpenIV for the files in the "mods" folder that you want to replace and their names are similar with downloaded package, for example "teef" which stands for necklaces. Make sure you are looking for mp_f_freemode (female) or mp_m_freemode (male) folders!!!
Rename files numbers to fit the ones that you want to replace (both model and textures).
For example: teef_008_u rename to -> teef_000_u (or any other number that fits)
Make files backup!!!! Then drag and drop renamed files so they will replace original ones.
