I always thought that Michael looked too clean after all these years of crime. This mod dirties him up a bit, adding some scars, and a thick stubble + shaved head.
To install, open; x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_zero
Backup the original, then replace head_diff_000_a_whi.ytd.
Note: I recommend that you use this mod with a Bald Haircut, since it is made of a shaved head texture, and has scars that would be covered by hair otherwise.

@RodWarrior you have to make sure you don't have any Beards or Haircuts on Michael for it to work. Michael, along with other Trevor and Franklin, has multiple face textures for Stubles, Beards and Haircuts.
If, however, you don't have any haircuts/beards active, than you may not have installed it correctly.

@Oshikaru-Sensei I believe this will work using a trainer to change the textures right? Anyways, Great Mod.
@gamecheater Well, I believe you can use a Trainer to swap to the ORIGINAL Prologue Texture, but I never tried it. But This is my modified texture that I added scars to the original face.
Unless you're implying that you change the ORIGINAL prologue face to this one, and then switching to that instead of replacing the playable ones, then yeah. You can do that too.

@Hartigansincity Neodymium on GTA Forums created a Texture Toolkit that allows you to import and export textures out of .ytd files.
All I did was export Prologue Michael's face, add some custom scars, and then imported it.
@Hartigansincity OpenIV has an Export Feature. :)
Do you think you could do this for Trevor as well?
Give the same facial features from the prologue and replace the mullet hairstyle and mustache.
@Kryalis I could give it a try, yeah. Especially since the updates on GTAV Modding tools, since this mod was produced, have made things a lot easier. I'll keep you updated!
