@Thedrivercat amazing mod! I've been waiting this for so long! Anyway I think there is some bugs, but maybe you will fix them. For example, the hair, they don't have transparency.
Can you convert Mona Sax too? There is a Max Payne 3 version so you can convert from the same game.

@Thedrivercat can you fix the transparency in the hair? I know how to make it but I don't know how to rig for the game. You have to change the texture type. I think you selected ped and ped or something like that. There is other options and you must select ped hair alpha or something like that to make it work. Hair looks strange. Can you fix that? It's not just hair, not by a long shot. Tanktop Max has a seriously janked up shoulder, it's all jagged and polygonal. The Max with the vest - and probably a few other models have random color and shading shifts, as if two different trouser models have been applied to his legs, and you forgot to turn one of them off, or otherwise make them optional. His body or bone structure is more like a Raggedy Ann doll than a real person, (his arm at the elbow seems exceptionally thin) and by this same token his head is too big. So he always looks weird doing literally anything that isn't standing completely still. You obviously worked really hard on this. I can appreciate that. I don't know how to do this stuff at all, but it just seems wildly incomplete to be giving out five star ratings. Maybe I'm a stickler for honesty, but I can't say it's perfect. It could be a lot better. I hope you find the time to improve it.

Can you fix the characters and make them more realistic? I’d really appreciate it man.
