To Install Place both xml files in c:/Programfiles/Rockstar Games/Menyoostuff/Outfits
(For Skin Control)
To Install you could either place the skin control.ini to where your game is installed or open the skin control.ini with notepad to copy the saved characters and paste it on to your skin control.ini along with your saved characters if you made skins of your own and do not want to replace or loose your customized skins then save it after very simple, you must also own skin Control in order for you to load the characters.

@bluegunk I've never tried an addon for this method yet i have hopes for it to function!

@Rose_Evolucion mine is a steam version
@cammyb I think you have to install that where steam contains the files of gta 5 i know nothing about that since i run the retail version
@Rose_Evolucion Believe it or not, you can make this an addon by finding all of its body/clothing and it's skeleton or use another skeleton and simply rig it as it were a custom PED.
@MegaDeveloper I'll have to work on that :)
