This is a Black Flash re-Texture, It is the Reverse of My Previous White Flash
If their are any re-colours of mods that you would like let me know in the comments,
Installation
Highly recommended to use with this Add-Ons.

Or Replace any Ped you want, just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig_bankman"
If you do happen to just replace and inGame ped and still want to use the script, just enter the ini file and on the first line where it says "Model" just change that to the ped you are using "example:ig_bankman"and save and exit.

@muthaphurka Since this Speedster is just something I came up with and you made, I figured it needs a name. I was thinking The Nth Runner. The Nth-factor in math. You can google it. The name makes sense. And it sounds like a Cartoon name. So it got both logic, and looks on its side (the name). Anyway, if you dont like it, just ignore it ;)

@GAGER I suppose it has nothing to do with Nth metal in DC comics?
@Druid I am still coming up with the spesifics. Since I can just invent whatever story I want. I was thinking that the Speedforce had taken a form of its own, and this is the product. It fused itself into Nth Metal and made a Speedster looking body (you know. Monkey see, Monkey do and all that). That is why I wanted his eyes glowing red. I know others has it. But this guy has it because it is the pure speedforce swirling around inside him.
So long, it is something like that I have been imagening. It feels pretty solid. I may change it if someone comes with a great idea for him. So yeah, you are right, it has to do with that (Not at first though. It just kind of all came together as the rest of my comment will explain). + my best friends nickname is Nth. Because he was known as such a good codebreaker in the army. Finding the Nth-factor. So with that in mind, I am pretty happy with the story I came up with for this char.
Hey. Really nice script @muthaphurka However I am experiencing a problem. Whenever I use the flash speed (when I press SHIFT for fast running) (mod by JulioNIB) with your skin, I'm loosing 15-20 fps. I have even created a thread on this forum website. Do you also have this problem? Or you don't loose fps at all when running fast ?
@Antho789 Hey man, with alot of the speedster mods not just mine you lose fps when running at his fastest, if you dont have a mean pc. I like to use this mod "https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/slowmomod " which lets you slow down time heaps and you still run fast. it also keeps your FPS steady
@GAGER Why not glowing white? White is the fastest speed in the speedforce.
