We all love Batman, so let's treat ourselves to more Batman.
Here is a collection with 7 different colors. I have tried to tweak the logo so you can see the dirt through the t-shirt. This replaces his basic t-shirt. The packed file also contains the original files if you would like to go back to them.
OpenIV and navigate:
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two
and replace the files named "uppr_diff_000_a_uni.ytd" from A to G.
