This started out as me despising the brown, rust like texture on most of the Kanjos exhausts. Turns out that they all use the burnt titanium texture, but only a small section of it.
Rather than trying to work out how to change that texture map, I just got rid of the titanium texture from the Kanjo completely.
To Use, simply drop the three files provided into mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd
This file seems to cover the kanjo amongst many others, but I haven't tested every vehicle in game for obvious reasons. If you want it to replace all titanium exhausts, then there shouldn't be anything from stopping you from dropping the files into the update.rpf and x64w.rpf directories, exact same file path as x64e.rpf.
I won't be updating, looking at comments, or checking for bugs. It does what I need it to do and I'm happy to share it with you.

This file has been approved automatically. If you think this file should not be here for any reason please report it.
x64e already covers all vehicles ingame as that's where vehshare is loaded from. And vehshare is self explanatory, it does indeed cover all vehicles. Lastly, there's no vehshare in update.rpf.
Good stuff!
No longer works, it appears a recent update has changed how vehshare works since MiGGousT's dirt mod doesn't work either
I managed to get it to work by copying the files into the vehshare in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchdayg9ecng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
