Here are the upgraded jets that have already entered service with the 21st Tactical Fighter Group, 4th Tactical Fighter Wing.
Based at Chiayi Air Base, an air base co-located with Chiayi Airport in Chiayi County, Taiwan.
To install:
Download the model by SkylineGTRFreak:

Once installed, navigate to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\f16c\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf
Rename the included textures with the number of your choice.
And drop into the appropriate .ytd file.
If you want to remove the weapons, tanks, and pylons to match the screenshots, there is a carcols entry in the readme.
You can add stuff back by deleting parts in turnOffBones which you can identify with the model viewer.
