Nothing fancy, just SkylineGTRFreak's Scorpion from Avatar with different paint.
1st Air Cavalry, of course, 2 Circle Roundel, grey, tan and green paint, 3 Circle Roundel grey, tan, green paint, 4 Circle Roundel, grey, tan, green paint, Brazil, Canada, US Colonial Marines (Aliens), Germany, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Mexico (Army and Police), PLAAF, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Taiwan, USAF and US Marines. Most of the individual country schemes have grey, green and tan variants.

Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ZF1\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\scorpion.ytd
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file scorpion.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to origscorpion.ytd.
When ready to overwrite with one of the included liveries, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag the desired .ytd file from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...D:\Program Files\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ZF1\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the scorpion.yft or scorpion_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
The particular model doesn't support multiple liveries, so to change to the paint you'd like, open the scorpion.ytd file with OpenIV, then rename Body.dds to BodyOrig, then rename the paint you'd like from, for example, BodyIsraelTan to Body, then save the file, then check the paint by opening scorpion.yft to see what it looks like.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn scorpion with the trainer of your choice.
I've included a sample work file in case you'd like to use it as a starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman

If there is additional paint you'd like to see, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
