1. Open up Open IV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
2. Place all of the files inside the model folder at the location provided above
3. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default (don't use Open IV here)
4. Place the file from the els folder at the location provided above (don't use Open IV here)
Don't have a ELS folder? That might be because you don't have ELS
