Replace Method
1. Open Open IV
2. Turn on "Edit mode"
3. Go to:
Then open "police2.ytd" in gta5 \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \patchday3ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf \
Replace texture "Template" by Unzip the file and insert it all.
4. Close Open IV
