I made this texture from scratch using paint, paint.net, and OPEN IV 2.6.4
Also attached texture template for CVPI in zip
Install instructions-
1. Install 1999 Crown Victoria V1.1
2. Using OPEN IV navigate to (x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles\police.ytd) and then add 99_cv_police_sign_1.dds
3. Save as DXT5 pixel format
4. rebuild vehicles.rpf
5. Enjoy!

@junior25 I have plans for Metro Nashville but really wanna wait until a 06-12 Impala comes out. I have no idea how to make models. Wish I did. I've tried to learn but it's over my head for right now.
I may make a TN State Trooper skin for the Crown Vic next. I am however kind of on hiatus at the moment til someone figures out all blue LED's with blue coronas. That problem is stalling a lot of my ideas at the moment.
