1. you have to replace all freight files with the vehicles files ( you can find the freight in the folowing line)
GTAV/mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
2. open the freight.ytd (texture dictonary) and replace a_sign_1 with the picture named CS
and you should be good to go, you can check if it works by opening freight.ytd (fragment object)

Memory error , I have run into this before with some LSPDFR car paint jobs, I removed your files and placed the original ones back in and all better. I got to see the paint job pass by 1 time before it crashed the game. Looked good from the short time I got to see it :(
