This pack is somewhat based off of Newport News, VA, USA.

Installation:
1) Go to: GTAV>MODS>UPDATE>X64>DLCPACKS>PATCHDAY3NG (PATCHDAY4NG - POLICE3)>DLC>X64>LEVELS>GTA5>VEHICLS.RPF
2) Find the designated .ytd file from each vehicle in the texture dictionary.
3) Double click to open, make sure edit mode is on, then scroll 'till you find "(car)_sign_xx"
4) Press "replace" at the top left of the screen and find the location where you put the download
5) Drool over how sexy the liveries are.
