UK Flags SP & FiveM (Replaces all US flags to UK)

Tested in Single Player & FiveM, can confirm it works with no bugs reported
Single Player
You will need OpenIv
1.Start OpenIV & click edit mode, top right
2.Go to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\building\v_rooftop.rpf\
(thats how mine looks yours maybe different)
3.Cick copy to mods folder, now click show in mods folder
4.Drag & drop all files in the UK Flags SP folder in to v_rooftop.rpf
now close OpenIV start GTA V & enjoy
FiveM
if you have not created a [MapEdits] folder then follow the instructions below
1.Go to your resource folder example: FXserver\txData\QBCoreFramework_xxxxxC.base\resources
2.Create a folder and name it [MapEdits] be sure to include [ ]
3.Go to your server.config
example: FXserver\txData\QBCoreFramework_xxxxxC.base\server.config
4.Under resources add ensure [MapEdits]
depending on what server you are using it could be start [MapEdits]
5.Now place the folder from the zip file into [MapEdits]
the folder is not required it just keeps it clean & you can place all other map mods in there

Love the idea but can you make it so that way we can choose what type of flag it is instead of forcing the UK one?
