Update 1.1 (22/07/17) - Improved the visibility of raindrop textures.
IMPORTANT FOR ROCKSTAR EDITOR USERS: Before taking a screenshot or recording a video, Alt+Tab out of the game and then enter back in to improve the visibility of raindrops even further - I assume this is a bug but may be helpful for improving your content.
This difference can be seen simply between these two screenshots, nothing else was done to the image except a before and after of tabbing in/out. Before: http://i.imgur.com/oO8LKqg.png --- After: http://i.imgur.com/ApyQ9iv.png
This looks so realistic! Thanks for making this creative and awe inspiring mod! :P
I dont know why or what i did wrong but the texture isnt showing up :(
There is no option to "Import" anything when you edit the ytd file.
Fix your instructions.
Wonderful thanks
It makes the car look much more realistic. Thanks for the mod
@druuzil ur lost
This was working but it suddenly stopped working plz help
Cars dont look wet they look really muddy and dirty. Doesnt work
its not working with quant i guess. i installed it, but only dirt shows when i change dirtlevel
not working at all. i have no other mods installed
Does this work for FiveM?
@SiKK workz same problem here with quant
weird black dots on every car with quantv and this texture with dirtlevel on zero
This did not work... I followed the instructions and downloaded "Rain Enhancement Script." When I launched the game no raindrops on cars appeared. Nothing about the rain changed. When I tried to tab out the game crashed... Anyone else have similar problems? :D
can i edit this to get more rain drops on screen effect??
idk why its not working with a car that i spawn in add on spawner but its working with npc's cars, do anyone have rhe same problems with me? and do anyonee have any solutions for this problems?
@farhan_tp some cars dont support the mod, especially for add on cars
Does it work with fivem?
For people asking why it doesn't work with add on cars, its because a lot of add on vehicles use their own custom dirt map textures. I imagine if you put this mods texture into the cars .ytd and the textures have matching names it should work kinda sorta. It won't be the best because of the car's custom fitment to its dirt map texture.
Great texture but one downside, raindrops look black on a white vehicle like dirt, which is weird
