Old version of animated billboard
A project i did a while ago, feel free to use it
OFFLINE
Drop the .OIV file into openIV and install, it will create a folder in your dlcpacks and add a line to your dlclist.xlm
FIVEM
Drop the "rojo_billboard" folder into your resources and start on cfg
TEXTURE
To replace the textures you must edit the file "rojo_billboard.ytd" using openIV, easy peasy
Well, i think that's all

@rojo_snd Does it have all levels of distant LOD's?
@Brandoman it's a very light model, there's no need for lods
@rojo_snd So it won't disappear from a distance then?
@Brandoman if I remember correctly I set the loddistance to 2500, but you can change this value using codewalker
Is there a method to add more Pictures to it?
@zDxqressedStan hey, the vintage billboard was made to use two images, to use more than that the model would have to be redone

@nzkfc well, put the distance you are comfortable
@rojo_snd I mean, if ya going to make stuff for FiveM servers, best to ensure it's optimised for all :)
@nzkfc this is just a texture, it won't cause any performance drop
I can confirm that it does indeed cause performance issues on a server with 150+ players, putting this down to the eye view of the tower which is what I put above, fixes the issue.
Mine isn't working, i dont understand i put it in the correct folder (x64 dlcpacks), it has correct dlclist but still the billboard doesnt appear
