So if you have never heard of the famous Michael P scream, please search it up on YouTube.
Just a warning, this is really loud. It's basically going to replace every male scream (not including main characters) with the Michael P scream.
Installation guide will be in the download. But you will need OpenIV for this mod.
In order for this mod to work, you need to jump from a very high place while playing as any male character that is NOT Michael, Trevor or Franklin.
