Installation paths are in the install folder.
Version 1.0 notes:
Smaller wounds on the torso, legs, and arms.
Splatter on Wounds are a bit bigger.
Soakage on wounds are larger.
Stab wounds are much larger and they
soak skin.
Shotgun wounds are spread out.
Explosions that are very close to the player will give the player realistic looking
cuts and broken skin.
Headshots will have bigger wounds.
Version 1.1 notes:
Wound color now has a tiny bit of lightened red.
Blood soak is a tiny bit bigger.

Bloodfx.dat file added, file taken from the X360 edition.
Punching/meleeing people can wound marks on peds.
Less reflection to gunshot wounds.
Blood soak varies a lot more.
Blood can sometimes take a long time to soak the injured ped.
Blood color is darkened a little bit, not too noticeable.

For people who really want a bloody experience in gta v, EDIT The PED Damage file under peds in open iv, This file is what controls how much blod you see spray out and go onto the ground, The areas you edit are spec intensity, wet intensity, dry intensity and so fourth, I edited the shit out of that file alone and bam the blood comes alive, It looks way better

@RD101 oh lord there is no specific settings brother lol just go to peddamage and start editing, Blood spec, spec intensity, wet intensity things of that nature, just look at the numbers that are there and just enter random numbers it's what i did, without touching the peddamage file the blood effects were bleh with this mod, i just messed with ped damage and things got way better

Install this mod, BloodV script mod, turn blood all the way up with PGUP, Install GORE DISMEMBERMENT MOD BY JediJosh, VOILA YOU NOW HAVE THE COOLEST COMBINATION OF GORE MODS AND THEY ALL WORK TOGETHER.. (Well, I think so anyway, Dismemberment by JediJosh and this mod definitely do work together and they do so damn well!)

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR TAKING the time to actually recommend those 2 interesting mods, will have to try! Hey do you by any chance know where the "optional" blood pooling bloodfx.dat goes in the mods folder? I installed it but I'm not seeing any pooling occur, I've killed over 20 people with headshots and didn't see and headshot pooling, I really wanna see the effect to see if it grows on me xD. There's no install instructions oddly enough (or i didn't see I guess!) Either that or my Gore dismemberment mod by JEDI JOSH is preventing the blood pooling from working although I don't see how that could be the case since 1. Jedi Josh's mod doesn't mess with the bloodfx.dat file and 2. The dismemberment mod is registered as a ADD ON mod.

I hope the developer's still looking into making the blood spill from pooling bloodfx.dat the piss texture or mop water texture like that one guy suggested in early December.
"@Bravercoolio Ya know, I was just thinking about it trying to think of what particles in the game might be more suited towards a blood spill. Of course theres not many. But have you thought about using the piss particle instead of the oil spill particle for the blood pooling? Its color can be changed to a nice shade of blood, it's scaled to the right size, proper sound effect and it has more of a spurting effect to it. Just an idea

@FrostyGaming Dismemberment and GSW2 conflict, they don't actually work together unless someone found a way. I tried them a while ago, and got no dismemberment and NPCs wouldn't die

is there a way to make the blood appear further away? ive noticed it doesnt appear when shooting people from a distance, also it doesnt splash onto walls at all, other than that, BEST mod
