Im confused about installing the mod, what do i do with the .png files which ones do i convert?? HELP MEH!

If anybody is still using this.... I've followed the instructions with OpenIV but I have to be close to the building for it to show the Fallout mural, if I get too far it morphs back to the Weazel mural. Ivew replaced the textures in all 4 archives listed in the readme. Anybody have an idea what I'm doing wrong?
@mtnickels he probably forgot to do the LOD textures.
So when you get away from it, the game switches to a lower quality model with it's own textures.
