This mod is designed to work in tandem with ragdoll overhaul mods so that you can get more varied reactions.
DONT REUPLOAD WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.
This mod changes the elasticity for all body parts of the ped in GTA V. It includes 3 versions and 1 backup file.
1 version for changing just elasticity, and 2 versions for changing elasticity and friction.
Installation:
-place materials.dat in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\materials
NEVER REPLACE FILES OUTSIDE OF YOUR MOD FOLDER.
-to uninstall, place the materials.dat from materialsbackup into mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\materials

default elasticity for NaturalMotion limbs is set to 0.0, this mod changes that to 1.0
default friction (not including feet) is set to 0.75, higher friction = 0.95 lower friction = 0.65 for all limbs except for the feet (which stay at 2.25 so the DynBalancer (for ragdoll) works efficiently.)

could you maybe upload a video about the mod? i have W.E.R.O installed so i wanna make sure that my uninstall is worth it

I was looking to make ped ragdoll more floppy, jello like. Does this mod suppose to make it like this, or other file needs to be edited?
@Daiv17 another file does that, but i guess this would make limbs floppier on collisions. dw though im working on a mod that does exactly what you're describing + other presets that make the ragdoll stiffness/constraints like rdr2, gta 4, etc.
@blorpis Yes, already noticed the deference in ragdoll's behavior with your mod. Nice, been looking for that for years...

@Daiv17 the files are the fred.xml and wilma.xml files located in either mods\common.rpf\data\naturalmotion or mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\naturalmotion
be careful when editing joint limits as they are in radians. lowering muscle stiffness and damping will make the ragdoll more floppy although i wouldnt lower muscle damping. first limit is rotation around X second limit is rotation around Z and twist limit is rotation around Y

@blorpis Hello friend. I have an interesting question for you. I think you can help me. When I control Ragdol using the WADS keys, the character (his direction) reacts only to where the character’s face is looking (for example, he fell on his back and I need to direct him forward, but he moves up because the direction of his face is looking up) Is it possible to do this? you could control the character like in a gyroscope (no matter where he looks - like a round ball) This is very important for me. Thanks in advance.
