@yasszer I think I might have it. Mine wasn't loading, and I couldn't figure out why. Then I remembered. I used my old modded folder with all of the other updates, but I didn't even have the latest dlc from the Contract. I actually didn't have the last two updates, because I just used my old folder, and replaced it whenever scripthook updated.

Long story short.

Make sure you have the latest dlc folders installed I think it's mpsum or mpsecurity or something. As soon as I installed those from the latest update, the animations and props worked just fine. I don't know if you're having the same issue I had, but now it works, so I figured I'd share that.
