noticed you directly convert your FiveM stream files into SP DLC streaming format
BUT, mind you... SP does not use hei_ (or lr_ for that matter)
so you might want to re-do this dlc.rpf
made changes on my end and tested in-game just now: https://i.imgur.com/8jWCBeR.jpeg
