*Installation:
-Make sure u have Vice V by GTARandom installed

Dont install the oiv by openiv..
Just rename .oiv file into .zip, extract it..
(because if u autoinstall the oiv version will make your game error, so lets do it manually)
-get and put 'miami' folder into your gta v directory/update/x64/dlc packs <--here
-insert this line into your dlc list:
<Item>dlcpacks:\miami\</Item>
-installed!
-Make sure Map Editor and open all interiors installed
& replace the PedList in your mapeditor folder with mod by Ferret_3:

Does the ai walk around and drive?
@bloodykills because its map editor, it is no..sorry.
but u can enjoy it because there are people n vehicles almost in every area.
i tried made this before someone making the real traffic path for vice city map, so they can enjoy it forawhile..i also waiting for the real traffic mod x)
This is amazing, only thing is that peds dont respawn like Capture Creator actors or ambient peds.
You can try remaking this as a .YMT scenario but Vice V map might be out of boundaries :(
But overall its a good mod

@bugskully YMAP Converter only works on Props and Vehicles sadly.
