House for Trevor on the Island [FINAL]

Everyone knows that Trevor lives in a trailer, where dirt, garbage, stinks, and little space. After the robbery, he received $ 20 million, and did not buy a normal home. I decided to correct this misunderstanding, and built him a house on a small island, not far from the place where he lived before. In this territory there is everything necessary for life and entertainment. This building can be used for both game and zombie apocalypse. To install this type you will need:

Object list 10k (very must)
Open IV (not necessary)
MapEditor 2.13 (very must)
Instructions:
Download and open the file. Move the file to the root folder "HouseForTrevor" games GTA 5. After entering the game, press F7 and select the "download", then choose "XML","search" ,and enter the name of the map - HouseForTrevor . After loading the map, go to the lake. (shown in the screenshot).

@DmiOne suggestion: replace the grill inside with and oven of some kind and add cabinets if you can....make the bathroom smaller, add a shower, and some kind of vanity (lower cabinets) maybe add a jetski right there on the side...

@DmiOne Can we use this as safehouse? I mean with sleep animation and saving the game when going to bed?
